When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As soon as we are able to process your order (ASAP!), you will receive appropriate tracking. If you are experiencing delays or issues once package is in route, please contact the carrier for further insights. We are not responsible for stolen packages, please reach out to your carrier to file a claim.
Etto Oil is final sale and not eligible for exchange. If you have received a defective bottle, please let us know and we can accommodate you.
